REFUND POLICY
At Euro Sports Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
RETURNS
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
• The following items are non-returnable: shuttlecocks, swimming caps, inner gloves, and any opened hygiene products.
REFUNDS
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
• We offer exchanges for wrong size or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
• To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
